The rooms were neat and view of the Venice skyline was fabulous. Appreciated lovely design. The hotel was set in a central area not far from water taxi, water bus or shuttle, the train station and airport and most key sites in Venice. Also, we saw a green Flag park, based within walking distance of the venue.

Original and clean place, the rooms are newly decorated. The personnel is knowledgeable and useful. Its location is stunning so close to the guiedecca island, taxi-about 85 euro one way from/ to Tronchetto and the Grand Canal across the canal from the main square. Also, a historic fortress is around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue. The roof top bar makes the complimentary drinks.
